Ambulatory Surgery Center Director
MACPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains management responsibility and accountability for the operational and clinical practice of the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Robert B. Green Campus and the Medical Arts and Research Center (MARC) Ambulatory Surgery Center. Promotes the University Health Customer Relations policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas is required. A Master of Science Degree in Nursing or Business Administration with an Administration component is preferred. Five years experience in nursing with at least three (3) years' experience in Perioperative services or ambulatory surgical center preferred. Must have at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
