The Asset Compliance Manager captures all regulatory compliance requirements of the Facilities Management (FM) Department and assures the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is adequately guiding the department’s goal to achieve strategic imperatives. Requires sound knowledge with Computer Maintenance Management Systems, regulatory requirements and reliability centered maintenance. Requires experience and competency in process improvement, change management, productivity improvement, and development of cohesive teams. This position will be a member of the FM Operations - Compliance Leadership Team.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
BA/BS in Management, Business or related field. Experience can be considered in lieu of education. Five years of management experience with Healthcare regulatory compliance preferred. Data analysis and statistical analysis experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience in organizational or strategic planning is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency and effectiveness in problem-solving and implementing new programs related to increased departmental operating accuracy, efficiency, and organizational risk reduction. Must be proficient in the use of a CMMS and Microsoft Office tools to accurately report on asset activities and performance metrics.
