The Position:

Lead the planning and implementation of strategic projects including capital and expense projects.

Define project scope, budget, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.

Develop full scale project plans and communication documents.

Track and manage project deliverables.

Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team. 

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in an Architectural / Engineering or related field is required.

Must have eight (8) years of construction-related experience, four (4) of which are in a supervisory capacity or project management support staff.

Must be certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.

Preferred experience in all phases of design, construction, and operations in a large facility environment.
