Medical, Dental and Vision Plans

It is imperative to us that all employees have access to comprehensive health care choices when it comes to cost, coverage and providers. All full-time and part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance plans for them and their eligible dependents. Employees and dependents on the University Family Care Plan can receive prescription medications with no co-pays or deductibles at University Health pharmacy locations.

It is important to us that all employees feel secure about their future. That’s why University Health offers a wide range of insurance and disability plans as well as other programs to help employees and their families plan ahead.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Program

It can be challenging balancing work, family, school and other personal responsibilities. Everyone’s needs are different and our progressive approach to time off provides flexibility to plan your work and personal life. Eligible employees begin accruing PTO hours in their personal bank from the first day of employment.

Retirement Plans

Retirement plans are an essential part of everyone’s future financial security. That’s why we provide all employees with sound savings and investment plans that provide income during retirement.

Continuing Education Reimbursement Plan

Full-time employees as well as part-time employees with a minimum of 20 hours per week and at least 6 months of employment may be eligible for our Education Reimbursement Program. We recognize the importance of further education and encourage all our employees to pursue theirs.

College Tuition Reimbursement

Tuition reimbursement is available for any employee who attends an accredited college or university. This program provides reimbursement opportunities for tuition, laboratory and general fees, and textbooks.
