EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or an appropriate biological/chemical/medical science from an accredited college or university is required. Five years of related, progressively responsible healthcare experience is required. Successful completion of a structured clinical program (CAHEA approved) and certification in clinical laboratory sciences by a recognized certifying agency or completion of accredited structured clinical program and certification by a recognized certifying agency prior to 1963 or Bachelor's degree in an appropriate biological/chemical/medical science from an accredited college or university and a clinical laboratory specialist certification is required. Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
