POSITION SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative direction, support and supervision for the clinical operations of the University Transplant Center (UTC). Plans, organizes, supervises, evaluates and administers the clinical operations of transplant and end-stage organ failure programs. Mentors midlevel management toward excellence. Promotes the University Health Customer Relations policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited university or college with a Master's degree in an allied health profession, nursing, business or any healthcare-related field is required. Five years of progressive management/supervisory experience is required. Five years of experience in solid organ transplantation is required and multi-organ transplant experience preferred.
