We’re currently seeking a Leave Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for administering and supporting leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies, and helping employees navigate the leave process with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate all types of leave (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, Military Leave, Personal Leave, etc.) in compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave questions, status updates, and return-to-work processes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in tracking systems.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless processing of leave cases and related benefits.

• Monitor and audit leave cases for accuracy, timelines, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR is highly preferred

• Solid understanding of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and state/local leave laws.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft a plus).
