We are currently looking for a talented Marketing professional to join our team as an Online Provider Experience Manager. The Position:

As a member of the digital marketing team, the Online Provider Experience Manager is responsible for optimizing and managing the online presence of health care providers across various platforms, including the website, app and online listings. This role ensures that provider profiles are accurate, complete and up-to-date, offering users a seamless and engaging experience. The manager will collaborate with internal teams, such as professional staff services, Epic and marketing, to integrate features like open scheduling and appointment availability, while continuously enhancing provider profiles with relevant content such as bios, headshots, practice location information, phone numbers and blog content. Additionally, the role involves monitoring analytics, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize profile performance and visibility. The Online Provider Experience Manager will also assist in maintaining the online reputation of providers, ensuring positive engagement across digital platforms and working closely with the digital and marketing teams to support overall brand goals.

Duties:

  • Manage and Optimize Provider Profiles Across Digital Platforms

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field is required. At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management or online listing optimization is preferred. Experience in health care industry is a plus.
