Performance Management Advisor Manager
Business CenterPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
This management position coordinates efforts with the Executive Director of Human Resources to perform key functions in the roll-out of the Employee Engagement Survey. Works with Human Resources leadership to ensure the survey is presented timely and that aggregation of the data will be accurate, detailed and well organized. Responsible for expert communication with the ability to provide guidance related to department led action plans based on employee survey feedback. Will be responsible to assist the Executive Director of Human Resources with analysis of data for many areas including but not limited to turnover, equity, recruitment and retention, employee recognition, and budget. This professional also prepares communication that provides information to the entire organization regarding upcoming surveys and other Human Resources initiatives. Assists in the completion of Human Resources projects as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required. Three years of related management experience including but not limited to HR, training & development, employee engagement and organizational culture. Must be able to prepare graphics based on data analysis. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills
