Senior Configuration Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for accurately maintaining provider data within the various Provider subsystems and related software utilized by Community First. Generate all provider data reports, i.e., P92/P94/P020 and Maximus response files. Work collaboratively with Network Management and Provider Relations Department to ensure accurate Provider set up.  Consults with the Data Management Coordinator, and Network Management staff regarding plans to achieve the designated objectives of network development and managed care contracts.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School diploma required.  Three years claims processing experience or equivalent experience in a health insurance environment. Expertise in one QNXT subsystem preferred. Knowledge in all Microsoft Office products required.
