Administrative Assistant
The Oaks IIPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists and administratively supports the assigned CareLink director(s) and staff by performing office management and secretarial functions. Assures the prompt and efficient performance of assigned duties. Exercises individual initiative and judgment in handling minor and routine matters. Complies with instructions and preserves the confidential nature of information. Handles all client and staff interactions with professionalism, efficiency and integrity
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent experience with college courses in English, public administration, bookkeeping or accounting is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Two years of experience in general office clerical work is required. Proficiency with Microsoft software, and personal computers is required. Experience in healthcare environment is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
