Assistant Director, Community Outreach
The Oaks IIPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Director assists the Director in coordinating the activities and functions of all actions related to community engagement and outreach as well as any grant activities related to department efforts. Performs specific administrative and management duties to enhance and support the Director, utilizing initiative and expert working knowledge of all duties. Assists employees and managers in the development and enhancement of outreach and population health initiatives and activities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related supervisory and management experience is required. Must have a minimum of five years of experience in directly managing programs or grants. Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
