Human Resources Analyst-Pre-boarding & Recognition
Business Center 1POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures an enhanced onboarding experience for candidates hosting WebEx check-ins describing onboarding process and providing insight into an employee’s first day on the job with University Health. Supports the University Health Scholarship Programs and Student Loan Repayment Programs. Acts as a liaison between the Human Resources department and newly hired employees waiting to onboard. Assists Human Resources management team with various projects and events such as recognition and employee engagement. Initiative, independent judgment and decision making is required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field is required. Two or more years of experience in Human Resources field or a demonstrated knowledge base of Human Resources functions and operations is required. Must have a demonstrated ability to make independent judgments and take professional accountability for areas of responsibility. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office is required. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
