POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages, supervises, and coordinates patient care activities in a designated dialysis clinic. Ensure efficient, appropriate therapeutic health care is administered while maximizing efficiencies and effectiveness of operations. Monitors and assures compliance University Health's policies, protocols, values, and guest relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required (Magnet). Master’s degree preferred. Five years of related, progressively responsible outpatient nursing experience is required. Dialysis experience is required. Two years in a supervisory capacity is required.
LICENSURE
Registered Nurse (Texas license) is required.
