Project Manager
University HospitalPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides project management, coordination, and organizational leadership support for strategic initiatives within the University Health Transplant Institute, with a primary focus on the development of new transplant divisions, space planning, financial planning and budgeting, contract management, and vendor coordination. Serves as a key liaison among clinical leadership, hospital administration, facilities, finance, supply chain, legal, and external consultants and vendors to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with University Health objectives, regulatory requirements, and budgetary constraints. Responsible for managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery, fiscal accountability, and operational readiness while supporting the mission, vision, and values of University Health.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or Operations Management. Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in project management/coordination, providing organizational support, and healthcare industry related experience preferred.
