Provider Directory Coordinator
Community First Health PlansPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for accurately maintaining provider data within the various provider subsystems and related software utilized by Community First Health Plans, Inc. (Community First). Generate all provider directories and quality check the content of the data. Requires knowledge of provider data configuration to include strong knowledge of and proper utilization of provider type and specialty code options. Interacts with other Community First designated contacts to report and resolve inconsistencies with provider data displayed in directories. Submits required forms and help desk tickets when requesting changes be made to directory data pulls and tests changes for accuracy before implementation. Develops and maintains documentation related to all directory content.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
An associate degree is preferred but not required. A minimum of three years of customer service-related work is required. Recent experience as a provider relations representative, member service representative, or relevant claim experience is highly preferred. Expertise in one QNXT subsystem is preferred. Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office products required.
