Systems Engineer
Tech CenterPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform tasks as related to the service delivery of critical enterprise server, application and desktop environments. Responsible for Tier 2 problem resolution. Ensures information integrity and availability by applying best practice support across all server and middleware platforms as required. Implements server, application or middleware solutions that are designed to specific business requirements. Responsible for implementation and integration of complex server, application or middleware design initiatives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in a computer related field is required. 5 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years related experience, may be substituted for required education/experience. Professional certifications from one of the following preferred: Microsoft MCSE, MCP, MCITP or VMware VCP or IBM AIX System Administration.
