Senior Human Resources Representative
Business CenterPOSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support to the Human Resources department by compiling detailed reports from the HRIS to ensure that all credentials are current. Assists the Employee Relations team by providing customer service to University Health System employees in the areas of credential compliance, employee recognition, and a wide variety of Human Resources functions/projects. Prepares TWC responses for review by ER Coordinators/Management. Assists the Executive Director of Human Resources when needed. Initiative, independent judgment and decision making are required. This position is responsible for the handling and safeguarding of confidential information and must be extremely attentive to meeting deadlines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, its equivalent, or higher is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field is preferred. Two years of experience in the Human Resources field or a demonstrated knowledge base of HR functions, Excel and operations is required. Must have a demonstrated ability to make independent judgments and take professional accountability for areas of responsibility.
